October Stamp of the Month Blog Hop - Home for the Holidays

Here we are hopping thru the blog again.
If you are coming from Jilena's Blog, you are on the right track,
otherwise you can start here and do a complete circle.
This month's stamp set is called Home for the Holidays and looks like this:

The ones with red lines around them work with our Cricut Cartridge Art Philosophy! The size listed is what to set your dial on the Cricut to cut and the stamp will fit inside it!

Here is the card I made:

The top layer behind the bear is Washi Tape, then there is a strip of our Teal Shimmer tape followed by a section of our Christmas Paper called Snowhaven - there is a sheet that is all different strips - making it look like I layered several items behind the bear!

I stamped the tag in Cranberry to make it a pop of color. It's raised with foam tape. I also added glitter glue on the snowflakes to add a little more sparkle. (Sorry I think the glue is discontinued).
Thanks for looking and now hop over to  Sarita's blog to see what great things she created with this stamp set!

Hello, and welcome back again for the stamp of the month blog hop!  If you are coming from Shelia's blog, you are hopping around perfectly, if you are starting here, keep going, you will make a complete circle.

This month is a fun stamp set called Scandinavian Wishes - great for Christmas, even though I don't wanna be thinking of Christmas just yet, I did do a Christmas card!

Here is the stamp set:
Here is the card I created:
I stamped the image with Whisper Ink on a 6 x 6 card stock.
I then did the image a few times in Cotton Candy,Chocolate and Pear.
The pink paper is from Dream Pop and has embossed lines.

The base of the design was done in Cotton Candy and the other colors were cut out and glued on.
The deer were raised with foam tape as well as the house shape.

Thanks for looking, now hop over to Dawn's Blog for more great designs done with this stamp set.

Whooo's Your Valentine Blog Hop

We are hopping again for a special that is kicking off December 13! (Tomorrow)
If you are coming from Susan's Blog, you are on the right track,
otherwise, keep hopping and you will do a complete circle.

Just spend $35 dollars in product and get this awesome kit with directions to make adorable Valentines treats for only $10!

You get tubes and pre-cut cubes and a whole 12 x 12 sheet of Silver Glitter Paper and this great stamp set:

The rules for this hop is that we had to do something other than the kit it's self.
So I saw the owls and I thought what a great card for Christmas!
There is 3 in my household so this is just the right amount of birds!

I cut the leaves and the branch freestyle.
The winter "gear" came from another stamp set - can you guess which one?
It's an oldie but goodie!

I stamped the ear muffs twice so that they overlapped and cut out the smaller center one
to create a tiny one for the little owl.  Let me know what you think!

Now hop on over to Lucy's Blog for more great ideas for this stamp and kit!

December Stamp of the Month Blog Hop

If you are coming from Amy's Blog, keep hopping you are on the right track, if you are starting here, keep hopping you will do a complete circle.

Oh, what a time to be bad!
I've been too busy this month and forgot the blog hop.
I made this cute little 3x3 card to show you one of the stamps that I'll be using this month for my presents:

I used our markers to accent the stamp and add some color.

This is all the images from the set!  You could make a lovely calendar with this set!!
You can get this set for $5 with a qualifying order on my site!

I was busy with 2 trade shows and a weekend retreat - all day today I made this:

150+ piece of Baklava!  I now have to go back into the kitchen and put them in little paper cups for the bake sale at church tomorrow - it's my donation - so you decide how bad was I?

Now head over to Lauire's Blog for more great ideas for this set!

Happy Holidays!

October Stamp of the Month - Very Merry Christmas

Here we go again hopping, but this time to the holidays!
If you came from Shirley's blog, you are on the right track, if not, keep hopping and you will do a complete circle.

I DON'T WANT TO THINK OF CHRISTMAS YET!
But I will for this Hop!

 Here is the stamp set!
CTMH likes to put their stamp sets out 2 months prior to the events - like Christmas!

Remember, all the red outlines are items that can be cut out using our Cricut Cartridges!
This one works with Artiste!

I went one step further in the Cricut Craft Room and
welded mittens back to back and made mini present tags!
(There is a vertical and a horizontal flip button)
(if this came out of the oven, I'd be a head chef!) hee hee
I used 3 of the stamps for the inside - YES the TO and FROM are part of this set!!
I stamped the pink stamp onto the front of the card and then stamped the blue
on an extra piece of Colonial White cardstock and cut off the cuff.
Add some glue and sprinkle with Prisma Glitter and TA-DA!
I did a dozen of them - stocking up for the future!

Thanks for looking!  Please leave a message.
Also, you can get this stamp set for $5 with a purchase of $50!

Now head over to Elizabeth's blog for more great artwork with this stamp set!

ScrapbookingSOS - 1 year Anniversary Blog Hop

Scrapbooking SOS blog is turning 1! If you came from Divinity's Blog, you are on the right track. If not, keep hopping and you will do a complete circle. If you get lost, you can start from the beginning here at Michelle's Blog.

I was asked to share some of my snowman artwork for this festive occasion.  So here is some of my snowmen I've made.  To see more great work, check out the other ladies sharing by blog hopping thru!
Thanks for looking!

This first one is an oldie but goodie.  The ear muffs are corduroy brads!
I stamped the scarf onto decorative paper and then cut it out to give it a pattern.
The swirls naturally went over the base of the snowman.  So I stamped the card with the base of the snowman and then stamped another one on white cardstock and cut it out - so it looks like it's flowing.

My next card is this one:
I made this with my Cricut!  Same stamp set from above, but black mini brads for eyes.

For addtional information on this card go to an earlier post of this card here:

Thanks for looking and congrats Scrapbooking SOS! To continue on the hop go to Lori's Blog!

The last of the Christmas Gifts

This is a set of socks!  I bought these at Walmart and I wanted white with
sparkles so that when I wrapped them, they would look like a cupcake!
Here is the Brighton Bracelet That my Girlfriend Wendy got yesterday!
(we do Christmas after the holidays are over so that there isn't extra stress.)
It doesn't sit the greatest, but I wanted it to match my other friend's gift too.
(love the crystal's colors!)
The cute backdrops are the little material bags that come with the
jewelery and tissue paper for the gift bags.
The cupcake wrapper I got on MTC and I added cute snowflake cutouts myself!
Here is Teri's gift.  She got 3 charms to go on her Brighton Charm Necklace.
There is a round ornament for the "cherry" on the cupcake.
Little diamond on both sides for extra sparkling.
Ahhh, the Brighton logo on the ribbons of the bags.
Here is one of the other charms - a little Gold and Silver purse . . .
The Gold & Silver purse opens!
Here is the Red little purse - wanted to give her different colors.
I took ribbons and tided them onto the charms so
that I could poke the ribbons into the cupcake and they
could hang off the sides like a topping.
 Side view.
 Other side.
You think the bags will give them away??
Here is the screen shot for the cupcake wrappers.
I'll let you know what I get soon!

Believe Paper & Christmas

Since I do Base Page Workshops in my house every month, I thought it would be a good thing to actually  use the layouts that I make.  Put photos onto the page - I only have a foot tall stack of layouts!
This is Enchantment In The Park.
The Believe Paper Pack has great Stickease stickers - I used the sting of lights as accents going down the pages.  I used Glitter Glue and added a sparkle to the string of lights.
I used my Cricut and MTC software and cut out the words.
I used Sparkles to add a little bling to the words.
Close up - you can click on the photos to make them bigger.
Here is the date with Sparkles.
Here is a close up on the Glitter Glue lights and the Sparkles.
Thanks for looking!
