My Sister's Birthday Card

My sister has a great yard filled with tons of flowering plants and trees.  She has a garden of fruits and veges throughout  her yard as well.  She literally removed all her grass and did plants and paths everywhere.  So for her birthday, I did a Strawberry Pop Up Card!  She's got a ton of those too!

The card is part of a set at SVGCuts.com and I made it on my Cricut using MTC software.

Birthday Boys Gifts

Three brothers, three birthdays and they all love sports, so I made three hats and filled them with gift cards, Big League Chewing gum and sour patch kids!

The logo is two of the brother's baseball team's logo.

I purchased the file from SVGCuts.com and cut it all on my Cricut.

Teacher gifts

My Daughter Jeanie asked me to make something special for her student teacher and her teacher.  These are what I created with SVGCuts.com:

 

The front little pocket is for decoration. Going to fill them with candy and gift cards! The paper is from when I started at CTMH 8 years ago!  Loved it then and works great for this project now!

Jeanie's Birthday Cake

I created a roller skate out of paper using two kits from SVG Cuts.com. 

One kit has an ice skate and the other has round gift boxes - 

put the two together and created the roller skate I needed.

My daughter had her 8th Birthday Party at the local roller rink with some friends and family.

Micky Mouse Ears!

 A friend of mine asked me to make this for a little boy's room.  Here's what it looked like on my computer.

 And because I took it with my cell phone I can't rotate these to their side . . . But you can see that they are ready to be picked up and stuck to the wall.  I have the transfer tape over the vinyl already.

 This is called Walter Fonts - go figure (hee hee)

Graduation Card 2012

FOUND IT! 

Lost this picture - 

did this card with MTC from scratch and gave it to our friend's daughter/baby sitter in July!

Hubby had emptied the camera onto his computer! It's blurry but you get the idea.

I made this cap and put it onto the corner - and had to make sure that the card 

would fit into an envelope too!

I have a few other things I did this summer that I need to post.

Harley Davidson Birthday Card

We have friends that are big into Harley Davidson and so for her birthday I made this card:

We were invited to the Moose Lodge for the party. 

The first “T” in Betty and the “L” in Gebler are the original letters from when it said MOTOR CYCLES.

I also did a wall name for them too.

The whole care is done with outdoor vinyl and my Cricut.

There is Red, Black, White and Orange vinyl.

There is Diamond Plate Vinyl for the strips in the inside.

 I did a two page layout and made some cool splashes for the words using MTC:

 I wanted to make a card and have the diamond patterned stamp as a background on the card 

but the words reminded me of our new paper kit Super Hero! So Super Hero won!

 I put foam tape under the splashes so that when I put pictures on, the pictures will fit under.

 Here's my computer screen when I made the splashes. 

I stretched them so that the centers were long enough to fit the stamped words

 
I sponged the edges of the splashes so they weren't too clean looking.
