My Sister's Birthday Card

My sister has a great yard filled with tons of flowering plants and trees.  She has a garden of fruits and veges throughout  her yard as well.  She literally removed all her grass and did plants and paths everywhere.  So for her birthday, I did a Strawberry Pop Up Card!  She's got a ton of those too!

The card is part of a set at SVGCuts.com and I made it on my Cricut using MTC software.

I post on Facebook and forget to put things here!

Jeanie's Birthday Cake

I created a roller skate out of paper using two kits from SVG Cuts.com.
One kit has an ice skate and the other has round gift boxes -
put the two together and created the roller skate I needed.
My daughter had her 8th Birthday Party at the local roller rink with some friends and family.

New Product Blog Hop!

If you are coming from Elizabeth's blog, you are on the right track, if not, start here and keep jumping and you will do a complete circle.  Here is some great ideas to do with the new products from our New Catalog!

I worked with the paper called Chantilly!

I created this 3D picture frame!

My daughter just celebrated her 7th birthday and we did it western style.
All the girls created their own little cowgirl hat.
My daughter is wearing her real one.
The ones in the background on the table are the paper ones.
Here is a mini one I cut for giggles.  The bigger ones below are big enough for their heads.
They decorated them with large craft diamonds, unlike the Sparkles I used on the mini one.
My picture frame is complete with sides and a back.
Got the cutting file from SVGCUTS.com - Love this place!
Her name is stamped onto a Dimensional Element piece from Chantilly DE Pack
Hope you like my project.
Now got to Melinda's Blog for more great products and ideas!

November SOTM Blog hop - Capture the Moment

If only I could capture time!  It's been a whirl wind around here!  Brownies starts tomorrow and of course, I'm a co-leader.  The hubby had a trade show last week and did wonderful so we are doing it again this week in another city! And if that wasn't enough I have a Weekend Retreat the following weekend! I won't be home for a month of weekends!!!

Enough whinning!

If you came from Carla's blog, then you are on the right track, if not, keep hopping and you do a complete circle!

Here is this month's stamp set:

So what do you do with a bunch of months and numbers???

I created a background by using all the November's and number 1's - It's my Dad's birthday - can you guess what day it is??? (Yes, November 1st!)

I used Slate Ink for the background and Holiday Red for the Happy Birthday. I wrapped Baker's Twine around the corners and popped some foam squares behind it to make stand off the card and be taller than the twine.

Please leave a comment and then head over to Dawn's blog for more great artwork with this stamp set!

Harley Davidson Birthday Card

We have friends that are big into Harley Davidson and so for her birthday I made this card:

DSC01865

We were invited to the Moose Lodge for the party.

The first “T” in Betty and the “L” in Gebler are the original letters from when it said MOTOR CYCLES.

I also did a wall name for them too.

DSC01866

The whole care is done with outdoor vinyl and my Cricut.

There is Red, Black, White and Orange vinyl.

DSC01867

There is Diamond Plate Vinyl for the strips in the inside.

Mom's Birthday Card

I had this card base around and added the cute birdie stamp!
This bird is from the future Stamp of the Month.
I took a yellow marker and outlined the birdie after I stamped him.
Bad photo, but I colored in the flowers.
Thanks for looking!
Stop by again for more artwork with this stamp set.

Jeanie's Birthday Prep - Cupcakes!

I took Strawberry cake mix and put it in a double pan so that it's half the normal height.
About a one inch in height.
After it cooled I took the middle mini cutter to the cake
I stood them up inside the chocolate batter - filling the cups 2/3.
Because I put the hearts all the same way, when I frosted them I put a little line in the frosting so I could know which way to cut them to show the heart!
I cut fondant tiaras with my Cricut Cake machine!
The big one is for Jeanie's cupcake - what's that in the bottom corner?!?!
It's a 3D flower!  I'll show you that soon!
Here is all the cupcakes with the tops on!  I put the tiaras on the line I drew in the frosting so I still know which way to cut the cupcake!

Here is Jeanie's!  Thanks for looking!

January Stamp Of The Month Blog Hop - Little Reminder

Hopping into a New Year and another great Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!

You should be coming from Lisa's Blog if not, keep hopping and you will do a complete circle!

This month's stamp set is called Little Reminders - Very Cute!

Remember, that red circle around the stamps works with our Cricut Cartridge!

I did a layout this month and used this stamp set to note the date of the event:
The Left side above and the Right side below - I used Believe Paper Pack.
I put the numbers inside of the circle stamp.  I used a period from a font set to make the December have a red circle on it. The "6" is circled with a stamp from another shape set - you can do it with a pen or marker, but when I did it the first time, I didn't like it.
Here's a close up. The Year is also from this stamp set - love the fun shapes of the numbers.
I used our matching Stickease to add rain deer and elves to the layout.
I took red embroidery floss to link the deer.  I glued the floss down using Glitter Glue

These presents were fun to do.  They are from the Believe Workshop on the Go Stamp Set.  I stamped the outline of the ribbon and the present in Stazon Black Ink, then I stamped the center of the ribbon and the bow with Crystal Blue Ink - they are all separate stamps (4 total). I took my Holiday Red Marker and colored in the body of the presents - super easy and fast!
Here is another Stickease elf that I placed half onto the photo.
Ok, that layout with this stamp set was too easy, so I decided to make a card too:

Here is the front of the card above.  I stamped 19 for the date.
January 19th is my Niece's Birthday so I'm ahead of the game this year!
Over achiever! (There's a Sparkle under JAN to add attention to the circle.)
The double circle is from a cool Pendant Stamp Set - let's play a game - what's the stamp set?
Leave a comment with your guess.
Inside on a separate piece of paper that we attached, my 5 year old daughter made the cupcake card with another stamp set we have.  She signed it and put I "heart" U all over it too.
Over the 19, I put "let's celebrate" stamp in Pansy Purple Ink - creating my own patterned paper.

Thanks for looking and please leave a comment!

Now hop over to Tamytha's blog to see more great things you can do with this stamp set!
